Cancellation is possible, with a penalty that protects your opponent. 10% if > 24h, 15% if 1-24h, 20% if less than 1h. Your opponent is refunded 100%.
Two phases: live matching throughout the event (placement cascade + continuous search), then a pool phase at event end for the residuals.
