How do I know if my bet is won or lost?

Reading time: 2 min Updated May 22, 2026 4,832 people found this article helpful
TL;DR

Instant push notification upon resolution. Email too if you've enabled it. In your bet history, each bet is marked green (won), red (lost) or gray (canceled). The win or loss breakdown is displayed. Resolution sources can be reviewed.

The notifications you receive

As soon as one of your bets is resolved, you receive:

1. Push notification. The message is explicit:

  • If you win: "Your bet on [event] is won! +X KTK has landed in your wallet."
  • If you lose: "Your bet on [event] is over. The result wasn't in your favor."

2. Email (if you've enabled it in your notifications). More detailed, with a direct link to the resolved bet in the app.

3. In-app notification in the notification center. Kept for 30 days.

You can turn off loss notifications in Settings → Notifications if you'd rather only get the good news. But we recommend keeping both on - understanding your losses matters if you want to improve.

The visual display in the app

In My bets (Wallet tab), each bet has a clear color code:

  • Green + trophy icon: bet won.
  • Red + X icon: bet lost.
  • Gray + - icon: bet canceled.
  • Blue + clock icon: bet being resolved.

The amount won or lost is displayed prominently next to each bet.

You can filter your history by status: "All", "Won", "Lost", "In progress", "Canceled".

The full details of a resolved bet

When you tap a resolved bet, you see:

  • The event (full label, date, sport/category).
  • Your side (the outcome you bet on).
  • Your stake (exact amount in KTK).
  • The event's result (who won, score if applicable).
  • Resolution source (API used, or "Admin validation" notice).
  • The resolution timestamp (exact date and time).
  • The win or loss breakdown:
    • If won: Stake + Winnings - Commission = Net received.
    • If lost: Stake lost = Exact amount.
  • Your opponent (handle only).

Hybrid bets (P2P + pool)

A bet can be partially matched P2P during the event and have a residual absorbed by the pool phase at the end of the event. In that case, your bet has two components:

  • The P2P portion (matched during the event, at the fixed P2P odds).
  • The pool portion (matched in the pool phase, at the computed pool odds).

If you win, you receive both components added together (minus the corresponding commissions). If you lose, you lose both. You see both amounts itemized in the bet recap after resolution.

The history dashboard

In Profile → Statistics, you access your personal dashboard:

  • Number of bets won / lost.
  • Success rate overall and per category.
  • Total winnings and losses.
  • Trend over 7 days / 30 days / 365 days.
  • Your most profitable categories.

It's your main tool for understanding how you bet and getting better.
