TL;DR

Open Google Play Store, search for "Ktkarena", and install the official app (green logo with the stylized K, publisher "Ktkarena SAS"). Compatible with Android 8.0 and above. ~80 MB to download. If Play Store isn't available in your country, we also have an official APK at ktkarena.com/android.

Install from Google Play (recommended method)

This is the simplest and safest method.

  1. Open Google Play Store on your Android phone.
  2. In the search bar at the top, type exactly Ktkarena.
  3. You'll see several results. Choose the official app - look for:
    • Logo: a KTK green stylized K on a charcoal (dark) background.
    • Publisher: "Ktkarena SAS".
    • Average rating: ~4.6/5 with over 50,000 reviews.
  4. Tap "Install". The download starts (~80 MB).
  5. Once the download finishes, tap "Open" to launch the app.

Permissions requested on first launch:

  • Notifications: to alert you about bet resolutions, disputes, etc.
  • Camera: only for KYC (photo of your ID document + selfie).
  • Storage: to save your history locally and the cache.

You can decline some permissions and enable them later if needed.

Install via the official APK (alternative method)

In some countries, Google Play Store is restricted or doesn't offer Ktkarena. In that case, we provide a signed official APK:

  1. Open your browser and go to ktkarena.com/android.
  2. Tap "Download the APK". The file ktkarena-latest.apk lands in your downloads.
  3. Before installing, you need to allow installations from unknown sources:
    • Go to Settings → Security → Unknown sources (or similar, depending on your Android version).
    • Enable the option for your browser or your file manager.
  4. Go back to your downloads and tap the APK. The installation starts.
  5. Once installed, launch the app.

Security. Our APK is digitally signed by "Ktkarena SAS". On first launch, Android verifies this signature. If someone else tries to give you a fake APK, the signature won't match and Android will warn you. Always check the source: download the APK only from ktkarena.com (the real official site - check the HTTPS certificate).

Compatible Android versions

Ktkarena works on Android 8.0 (Oreo) and above (released in 2017).

Estimated coverage: about 95% of Android devices still in use today. If your phone is from 2017 or newer, it should work.

If you're on Android 7 or older: unfortunately, you can't install Ktkarena. This is due to the modern security features (encryption, biometrics) we use to protect your account and your money. You can still access the web version from your phone's browser: ktkarena.com. Using the web version.

What to do if the installation fails

"The installation is blocked":

  • Check that you've allowed unknown sources (if APK).
  • Check that you have enough storage space (~200 MB free minimum).
  • Restart your phone and try again.

"The app doesn't show up in the Play Store":

  • Your country may not be officially supported by Play Store. Use the APK.
  • Or your Google account is set to another country. Check your Google settings.

"Download very slow or stuck":

  • Check your internet connection (4G/WiFi).
  • Try another network (for example, WiFi instead of 4G or vice versa).
  • If Play Store, clear its cache: Android Settings → Apps → Play Store → Storage → Clear cache.

If nothing works, contact support@ktkarena.com with:

  • Your phone model (for example, Samsung Galaxy A52).
  • Android version.
  • A precise description of the problem.
  • A screenshot if possible.
