Android phones and tablets
The Ktkarena app only exists on Android, in beta:
- Minimum version: Android 7.0. On an older version, Android refuses to install the app.
- Phones and tablets: the beta installs on both. The app displays in portrait mode.
- Where to get it: at ktkarena.com/telecharger-beta, not on Google Play (Download the app on Android).
To find your Android version: in your phone's settings, under "About phone".
iPhone, iPad and watches
There's no Ktkarena app for iPhone or iPad yet (Ktkarena on iPhone: no app yet), and there's no app for smartwatches. On iPhone and on iPad, use the web version.
Computers (web version)
On a computer, Ktkarena is used through the web version, at app.ktkarena.com, in an up-to-date browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari…). It's the same account as in the Android app: an account created in the app, which has no password, logs in there with "Continue with Google", on the same email address. If your device isn't compatible
On iPhone, on iPad or on a computer, use the web version, at app.ktkarena.com, in an up-to-date browser. A phone running a version of Android older than 7.0 can't install the app.
