TL;DR

Go to ktkarena.com from any modern browser. Log in with your number and your password. All features are available (bets, predictions, chat, leagues). Ideal for analyzing events on a large screen. Limitation: no Face ID/Touch ID - you have to type your password every time you log in.

Accessing the web version

It's very simple:

  1. Open your favorite browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, Brave).
  2. Go to ktkarena.com.
  3. Click "Log in" at the top right.
  4. Enter your phone number (with the country code) and your password.
  5. If you've enabled 2FA, also enter your 2FA code.
  6. You're logged in. The interface loads.

You can use multiple tabs: for example, one tab for the Real Madrid vs Barça event, another for the presidential election. Handy for following several events at once.

Single account: whether you log in on mobile or web, it's the same account. Your bets, your balance, and your history sync in real time between the two versions.

Differences from the mobile app

The web version has 99% of the features of the mobile app, with a few differences:

Available on web only:

  • Multiple events open in parallel (one per tab).
  • Keyboard shortcuts: press B to bet, P to predict, C for chat, etc.
  • Expanded "Dashboard" view: detailed statistics on a large screen.
  • Easier copy/paste: to share an event link, for example.

Available on mobile only:

  • Push notifications (web notifications are more limited).
  • Face ID / Touch ID for login.
  • Offline mode with drafts.
  • QR code scanning (to join a league by QR).
  • Built-in photo capture for KYC.

Note. For KYC, you MUST use the mobile app the first time (for the ID photo + selfie). Once your KYC is validated, you can then use the web version without any issue.

Advantages of the web version

Why use the web instead of (or in addition to) mobile:

1. Large screen.
See a full event, the chat next to it, and your personal stats at a glance. More info at once.

2. In-depth analysis.
You can read articles, cross-check external sources, and look at detailed stats without switching apps.

3. Fast typing.
A physical keyboard is faster than touch for typing long messages in the chat.

4. Multitasking.
You can stream a match on your computer AND bet on the same screen without switching.

5. Saves your phone's battery.
If you're following an event that lasts 2 hours, your phone keeps its battery.

6. More precise for charts.
Trend charts (cascade bets, leaderboard) are easier to read at a larger size.

Web-specific security

A few important security considerations for the web:

Check the HTTPS: before logging in, check that the URL is indeed https://ktkarena.com (with the green padlock). If it's http:// or a weird domain, it's probably phishing - don't log in. Recognizing phishing.

Avoid public computers: if you log in from a cybercafé or a shared PC, never use "Stay logged in". Always log out at the end of your session.

Enable "Remember this device" on your personal computer: you won't have to enter the 2FA code every time for 30 days.

Beware of browser extensions: some malicious extensions can steal your info. Use only trusted extensions, or a dedicated browser profile for Ktkarena without extensions.

If you're using a shared computer: use the browser's private/incognito mode. Your info isn't saved locally when it closes.

Short session: for security, your web session automatically expires after 24h of inactivity. You have to log back in. Shorter than the mobile app (which never logs you out unless you change your password).
