Accessing the web version
- Open your browser and go to app.ktkarena.com. The "Log in" button at the top of ktkarena.com (in the menu on a phone) takes you there too.
- Enter your email address and your password, then click "Sign In". You can also use "Continue with Google".
- If two-factor authentication is enabled on your account, logging in with your password also asks for the six-digit code from your authenticator app, or a backup code.
Account created in the app: it has no password, and logging in with a code received by email only exists in the app. On the web version, it logs in with "Continue with Google", using the Google account with the same email address. If your account isn't linked to Google yet, this first login links it and logs out your other devices: log back in on the app afterwards. Without a Google account on that address, write to support@ktkarena.com.
No account yet? Click "Create an account": choose your username, your email address and your password, then accept the Terms.
Same account: whether you go through the Android app or the web version, it's the same account, with your challenges and your balance.
What you'll find there
The web version covers the app's main sections: events and your challenges, the Wall, prediction mode, messages and leagues, your wallet, your profile and your settings.
It doesn't send push notifications: your notifications show up when you open the "Notifications" page. To be alerted on your phone, you need the Android app.
Note. For KYC, you MUST use the mobile app the first time (for the ID photo + selfie). Once your KYC is validated, you can then use the web version without any issue.
On a phone
The web version also opens in a phone's browser. It's the solution on iPhone, where there's no app yet (Ktkarena on iPhone: no app yet).
Security on the web
- Check the address before logging in:
https://app.ktkarena.com. An address that imitates it is a phishing attempt: don't log in. Recognizing phishing attempts. - On a shared computer, use private browsing, and log out at the end of your session.
- Be wary of browser extensions: a malicious extension can read what you type. Keep only extensions you trust.
