The special case of bank cards
With bank cards, your bank can take up to 3 business days (Visa) or 7 business days (Mastercard) to show the funds on your statement.
This bank delay varies depending on:
- Your card type: debit cards are faster than credit cards.
- The timing: weekend or end-of-month transactions take longer.
When is it abnormal?
- Mobile Money: more than 30 min without confirmation.
- Bank card: more than 3 business days (Visa) or 7 business days (Mastercard) without receipt.
- Stablecoin: more than 1 hour without confirmation.
