Step 1 - Close and relaunch the app
It's the simplest solution, and it works in 30% of cases.
On Android:
- Tap the recent apps button (square or three lines depending on your model).
- You see the list of apps open in the background.
- Swipe the Ktkarena app upward (or to the side) to close it completely.
- Relaunch the app from your home screen.
On iPhone:
- Swipe up from the bottom and hold (or double-press the home button on older iPhones).
- You see the open apps.
- Swipe Ktkarena upward to close it.
- Relaunch from the home screen.
If that fixed the problem (the app is smooth again), great. Otherwise, move on to step 2.
Step 2 - Clear the cache
It's the most effective solution, and it works in 60% of cases. The cache is temporary data stored locally by the app to load faster. But when it gets corrupted or too big, it slows everything down. How to clear the cache explains in detail.
Quick version for Android:
- Android Settings → Apps → Ktkarena → Storage.
- Tap "Clear cache" (NOT "Clear data" - that would log you out).
- Relaunch the app.
Quick version for iPhone:
iOS doesn't let you clear a specific app's cache directly. You have to:
- Uninstall Ktkarena from the home screen (long-press → "Delete App").
- Reinstall from the App Store.
- Log back in (your account is intact on our servers).
On iPhone it's more radical, but it's the only way. Your bets and your balance are not affected - they're on our servers.
Step 3 - Update the app
If you're running an old version, known bugs may already be fixed in the latest version.
- Go to the Google Play Store or the App Store.
- Search for Ktkarena.
- If you see "Update" instead of "Open", a new version is available. Install it.
Step 4 - Restart the phone (and beyond)
If the first 3 steps got you nowhere, the problem may come from your phone itself (full memory, other apps consuming resources, stuck system processes).
Restart the phone:
- Android: long-press the power button → "Restart".
- iPhone: long-press the power button + a volume button → slide to power off, then turn it back on.
After restarting, launch Ktkarena. If it's smooth, your phone was indeed the cause.
Still stuck? If the problem persists after all this, it's probably a specific bug. Report it: How to report a bug.
Include in your report:
- Phone model: Samsung Galaxy A52, iPhone 13 Pro, etc.
- System version: Android 13, iOS 17.2, etc.
- Ktkarena app version: visible in Profile → About.
- Precise description: when the bug happens (at launch? after a few minutes? when you tap a specific button?).
- Screenshots or video if possible.
