The minimum: 1,000 KTK
This is the entry point. Deliberately low so everyone can try Ktkarena without a significant initial investment.
1,000 KTK ≈ 1,500 FCFA ≈ 2.30 EUR ≈ 2.50 USD ≈ 2.50 USDC (at the current rate).

The maximum without advanced KYC: 5,000,000 KTK per day
This is our light identity verification threshold, in line with our anti-money-laundering obligations. As long as your cumulative deposits stay below this threshold over 24 hours, no additional documents are requested.
Beyond that: progressive KYC
From 5,000,000 KTK in deposits within a single day, we ask you for:
- An official ID document (passport, national ID card, driver's license).
- A proof of address less than 3 months old.
- A verification selfie (photo of you holding your ID document).
From 10,000,000 KTK cumulative over 30 days, we additionally ask for:
- A proof of source of funds (pay slips, tax return, bank statement).
Why these thresholds. Ktkarena is a financial platform. As such, we are bound by CEMAC and international regulations against money laundering and terrorism financing. These thresholds are standard in the industry - Stripe, PayPal, Mobile Money, and Wise use similar or lower thresholds.
Above 20 million: the Institutional tier
